  • An comes to Planned Parenthood Advocates of Oregon after directing communications for No Cuts to Care, the campaign that defeated the anti-abortion Ballot Measure 106. In addition to having extensive private-sector experience in business development, recruiting and operations,
  • An has worked in direct services as a social worker. She holds a master’s degree in English and Comparative Literature from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in English from University of California at Berkeley. An has volunteered as a Planned Parenthood clinic escort, as a PPAO Legislative Fellow, as a PPAO Policy Fellow and as a member of the Multnomah County Leadership & Advocacy Team. Outside the office, she can often be found plotting near and far-flung adventures by plane, van and motorcycle; sampling the prodigious Portland food scene; and spending time with her pup.
