- An comes to Planned Parenthood Advocates of Oregon after directing communications for No Cuts to Care, the campaign that defeated the anti-abortion Ballot Measure 106. In addition to having extensive private-sector experience in business development, recruiting and operations,
- An has worked in direct services as a social worker.
